Fluke Seasonal promotion; Buy a Fluke, Get Rewarded - 2026 KSA

1. Overview. Under this Fluke Seasonal promotion; Buy a Fluke, Get Rewarded - 2026 KSA program (the "Program" or "Promotion"), during the period September 15, 2026 until December 31, 2026 (the "Program Period"), receive points ("Points") when you purchase a qualifying Fluke product ("Qualifying Purchase"), from a Fluke authorized distributor or reseller in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Program Territory"), which can be redeemed for certain Fluke products from a curated catalog as detailed below. This Promotion is sponsored by Fluke Europe B.V. ("Sponsor"). The authorized distributor or reseller from which you make a Qualifying Purchase is the local seller of the products and the local implementing party for the handover of Gifts; Sponsor does not sell products or hand over Gifts directly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

   Each Qualifying Purchase must be made during the Program Period. The offer available under the Program may not be combined with any other offer or redeemed for alternate products, services, cash, or credits except as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law and open only to end customers based in the Program Territory. Employees, directors and officers of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, distributors, resellers, representatives, public relations, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, professional advisors, consultants, website providers, web masters and those persons' immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they may live) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

   In addition, this Promotion is not open to any government official, government employee, or employee of any company owned in full or in part by a government, political party official, or candidate for any government office or political party office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any other jurisdiction.

   This Promotion is also not applicable to healthcare professionals, being (a) individuals (or entities) involved in the provision of health care services to patients, or (b) individuals (or entities) who purchase, lease, recommend, use, arrange for the purchase or lease of, or prescribe Sponsor's medical products or services on behalf of health care professionals, including physicians' purchasing agents, physicians' practice managers and management within medical group purchasing organizations.

3. Program Details

   1. Make a Qualifying Purchase consisting of any of the following products from an authorized distributor or reseller of Sponsor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

      All other Fluke and related-brand products are excluded. Eligible customers will receive the number of Points indicated in the table above for each Qualifying Product purchased during the Program Period.

      Points may be redeemed for a Gift of the customer's choice from the options provided in the website.

      Fluke reserves the right to substitute the selected Gift with a suitable alternative item of comparable value (to be determined by Sponsor in its absolute discretion), if the originally selected Gift becomes unavailable or is subject to extended delivery times. Customers will be duly notified of any such change.

   2. Register a claim via the Promotion's online registration form at [www.fluke.com/ksa/gift] The Promotion form must be fully completed and submitted along with a clear, legible scan of the invoice featuring at least one (1) Qualifying Purchase purchased during the Program Period, as proof of purchase. Packing slips, purchase orders/order confirmations are not acceptable as proof of purchase. Invoices with dates outside the Program Period will not be considered.
   3. Customers will be able to select their choice of Gift after Points have been credited, based on the Points corresponding to the Qualifying Purchase(s). Customers may redeem Points immediately or save Points to redeem higher-value Gifts or multiple Gifts.
   4. Customers will receive access to a personal account via a unique link, allowing them to view their Points balance, track submitted claims, and redeem or save Points for Gifts.
   5. Invoices cannot be used more than once. Where invoices have other products listed on them, in addition to the Qualifying Purchase(s), only the amounts pertaining to the Qualifying Purchase(s) on such invoices will be considered while evaluating the Points allocation and eligibility of the Gift.
   6. Sponsor will accept valid claims until January 31, 2027 ("Claims Deadline"). Claims registered after this date will be rejected as invalid. Points must be redeemed for Gifts by February 28, 2027 (the "Redemption Deadline").
   7. Sponsor or its agents shall verify the submitted claims along with the provided invoice scans. In case of discrepancies in the form, Sponsor shall, at its sole discretion, be entitled to determine that customer's eligibility of receiving Points and/or redeeming the Gift. If Sponsor determines that the customer's claim does not meet these terms and conditions or is otherwise ineligible, the customer will be informed accordingly.
   8. Upon redemption of Points and selection of a Gift, the customer will be notified by (or on behalf of) Sponsor of the Gift availability and the authorised Fluke distributor location from which the Gift may be collected. The customer must present the QR code provided to them at the designated distributor or reseller location to verify their identity and take receipt of the Gift. The authorised distributor or reseller will scan the QR code to confirm collection. Gifts must be collected within thirty (30) days of the date on which the customer is notified that the Gift is available for collection (the "Collection Period"). Gifts not collected within the Collection Period will be forfeited and the corresponding Points will not be reinstated, unless Sponsor in its sole discretion permits late collection. Gifts must be picked up from a distributor’s physical address.
   9. Gifts may only be collected by the registered customer upon presentation of the QR code issued by (or on behalf of) Sponsor. Where the registered customer is a business, the Gift may be collected by an authorized representative of that business; the name and employer of the individual collecting the Gift will be recorded at collection. Gifts cannot otherwise be collected by any third party on behalf of the customer. Gift requests are subject to further audit at Sponsor's sole discretion, and if fraud or any failure to conform with these terms and conditions is identified by Sponsor, Sponsor in its sole discretion may render that Gift request void, in which case it will not be honored. Sponsor may require customers to provide additional proof of purchase, including, without limitation, physical carrier codes from packaging, product serial numbers, or proof of delivery.
   10. If you make a Qualifying Purchase specified in your Gift request for or on behalf of your employer, then you agree to promptly deliver any gift awarded under the Program to your employer, and to provide Sponsor evidence of such delivery upon request. In addition, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in the Promotion and your acceptance of any Gift comply with your employer's internal policies, codes of conduct and applicable professional obligations, including any policies regarding acceptance of gifts.
   11. This Promotion is a standalone promotion, and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, discounts or vouchers. The Gift cannot be offset against other services or purchases or combined with any special offers, promotions or contracts.

4. Disclaimer. Sponsor and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, professional advisors, representatives, employees, subcontractors and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible or have any liability for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or purchase requests; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures beyond Sponsor or the Released Parties reasonable control; (c) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor or by non-authorized human intervention; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

5. Release of Liability; Indemnification. Except where otherwise prohibited by law, by participating in the Promotion, you release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless each Released Party from any liability, obligation, injury, claim, suit, action, cost, expense, loss or damage of any kind, including any tax liability or loss of opportunity, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, that may be imposed on, asserted against or incurred by such Released Party that arise out of or relate in any way to this Promotion or the incentives offered thereunder, including, but not limited to, where arising out of or relating to the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Sponsor's control); (b) any misdelivery, theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or request under the Promotion that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Sponsor) beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor; (d) any damages due to the operation of a postal or courier service; (e) any tax liability incurred by participant; and (f) use or misuse of any discounted product or gift with purchase (except to the extent covered by any applicable product warranty).

7. Miscellaneous. The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the country of incorporation of Sponsor without applying any conflicts or choice of law provisions under such law that might refer the interpretation or any term thereof to the laws of any other jurisdiction. This choice of law does not exclude or limit the application of any mandatory laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia applicable to the Promotion or its operation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Participants are bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Promotion or any person's participation in the Promotion should computer viruses, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affect the administration, security or conduct of the Promotion, or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of conducting the Promotion as planned, or for any other reason determined by Sponsor to be appropriate in its discretion. Participants who violate these Terms & Conditions, violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in the Promotion, tamper with the operation of the Promotion or any controller(s) offered hereunder, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Promotion or any other participant (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from participation in the Promotion. These terms and conditions are made available in English and Arabic, in case of conflict the English version prevails, subject to any mandatory requirements of Saudi law.

8. Privacy. Sponsor is the controller of the personal data collected for this Promotion, such as registration details (name, business contact details and employer), invoice copies and Gift selections. Registration details and invoice copies are required to participate in the Promotion; without them, Sponsor cannot verify Qualifying Purchases or allocate Points, and the registration cannot be accepted. Any optional information is marked as optional on the registration form. This data is processed as necessary to perform the agreement formed by these Terms & Conditions, including to administer the Promotion, verify Qualifying Purchases, allocate and redeem Points, arrange Gift collection, and carry out the checks these Terms & Conditions provide for. The data is shared with Sponsor's service providers, including Promotions Interactive Ltd., a company incorporated in England with offices at Spring Meadow Technology Park, Paradise Lane, Waltham Chase, Hampshire, SO32 2TH, which operates the Promotion platform, and with the authorised distributor or reseller from which the Gift is collected. The data may be transferred outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to the safeguards required under the applicable data transfer regulations. It is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and any applicable record-keeping requirements, and then deleted or anonymised. Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, and may exercise their other rights under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by contacting privacypolicy@fluke.com. Sponsor's Privacy Policy (available at https://www.fluke.com/en/fluke/privacy-policy) also applies to the extent consistent with this clause. The distributor or reseller that records Gift collection details does so as an independent controller responsible for its own compliance with that law.
